James Koumis’ company carried out work on our house extension. Mr. Koumis worked to the highest professional standards, preparing his schedules and instructing his team. He was well-organised, hardworking, pleasant, skilful, punctual and expected good work ethics from his team - which was achieved. Our architect, Richard Lloyd, had put forward James Koumis as a possible choice for our extension. We were impressed with his knowledge, detailed assessment of the work to be done and his enthusiasm so we appointed him as project manager. Mr. Koumis made proper use of the plans and discussed everything with us. He explained clearly what was being done every step of the way. He took us to different builders’ merchants to select the most appropriate materials at the most competitive prices which included all materials in our extension project. We have no hesitation in highly recommending James Koumis and his team who achieved excellent results in all aspects of their work. We could not be more pleased with our lovely extension.

What a relief it was to find a company whom I really felt I could trust. From the start I was given sound advice in the form of guidance and always with respect for my wishes. The excellent work was carried out by experienced tradesmen whom also reflected the business ethos of respect. I was so delighted that in a matter of days the jobs were complete but unlike with previous tradesmen , I was almost sorry to see them leave.
